Freebie Friday 2

Not only Is today freebie Friday it is also Good Friday!

Here is mine, it is super yummy and very easy!!
Strawberry Short Cake
Ingredients
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup shortening
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease bottom only of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the marshmallows evenly over bottom of pan. Thoroughly combine completely thawed strawberries and their syrup with dry gelatin; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center and add shortening, milk, vanilla and eggs. Blend at low speed until moistened, then beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Pour batter evenly over marshmallows in pan. Spoon strawberry mixture evenly over batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

    2 Cups White Sugar
    1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1/2 Milk
    1/2 Cup Margarine
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 pinch of salt
    1/2 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter
    3 Cups Quick Cooking Oats

    In a Sauce pan over medium heat, combine sugar cocoa, milk, margarine, and vanilla. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 min, then remove from heat. Stir in salt and peanut butter. make sure peanut butter is melted before adding the oats. Add Oats.

    Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow cookies to cool for at least 1 hour. Store in an airtight container

  2. Meat Roll Ups
    4 packages of Buddig Meat-any flavor
    2 8 oz packages Cream Cheese-softened
    1 Cup Shredded Cheese-any flavor
    1 package dry Ranch mix
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

    Using a mixer, mix all ingredients except the meat. Once mixed, spread the mixture on the meat and roll up. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Makes about 40, if you don't eat any as you go. :)
